Visitor Policy
Visitor sessions are by prior arrangement only and at the discretion of the committee. Numbers are limited. Please contact Helen on 07504 978316 to book.
Code of Conduct
- Coaches and staff of the facility are to be treated with respect.
- The safety bibs provided by the Club must be worn by the skater performing their programme whilst their music is playing, including lesson time.
- Skaters performing their programmes to music will have priority over all other skaters and coaches however you must also consider the safety of other skaters not wearing the bib.
- When a skater is unable to get out of your way you must not shout in any form at the skater to clear a path for you. Although frustrating you must try to change direction.
- Uses of profane language will not be tolerated on or off the ice.
- Treat others with respect and consideration.
- Please do not kick the ice.
- No chasing games or messing around on the ice that could compromise safety.
- Arena & changing areas must be left clean & tidy. All skaters must clear the ice immediately before the zamboni comes onto the ice surface.
Music policy
Coach can only expect a CD to be played once during a 15 minute lesson they may ask for it to be played more than once but this is at the discretion of the person playing the music. Music is placed in a queue and CDs are played on a rotational basis.
Requests from coaches for skaters in lessons are given precedence.
